We serve a barbeque lunch on board which conists of the following:

  • fresh, locally caught ocean fish: Tuna, Marlin, Mahi-Mahi
  • locally grown seasonal vegetables: Eggplant, Salad, Lettuce, Taro, Breadfruit, sweet potatoes, occasionally accompanied by imported produce such as potatoes and lettuce
  • locally grown fruits: Banana and Papaya including traditional desserts comprising these two perennial mainstays of local nutrition, passion fruit and other fruit as season dictates. 
  • we also serve a welcome drink of green coconut called ‘Nu’
